Dielectric BaTiO3

We investigated the effects of solid-state synthesis involving milling, calcining, and sintering temperatures and times on the dielectric constant and grain size of BaTiO3 dielectric ceramics. In order to test this sample, we were required to properly grind, press, calcine, sinter, operate the SEM, and conduct LCR dielectric testing.
